Technical support staff are available to answer any questions or issues you may have and to help troubleshoot and resolve problems. Support is provided during normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM Eastern Time) excluding statutory holidays in Ontario, Canada. Response time is less than 4 hours, usually within 30 minutes.
