Pre-Sales Clinical Product Specialist

Location: Remote with Eastern or Central time zones preferred

Position Description:

You will work alongside our project team and sales team and report directly to the VP of Engineering – Informatics. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, performing some user acceptance testing and up selling our portfolio. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. You will be working with our external customers and must have a professional approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Adopt a consultative, solutions-focused approach to understanding our customer’s requirements and articulate how Inspirata’s solutions are a compelling fit.
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate user’s requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
  • Support the sales process by demonstrating a mastery of the product’s clinical efficacy and articulate a strong value proposition for the customer
  • Deliver amazing presentations, software demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements showcasing the capabilities and value of Inspirata’s solutions.
  • Stay up to date on the latest process and IT advancements
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Perform workflow requirements analysis; document and communicate the results of your efforts.
  • Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

Requirements:

  • CTR certification and relevant experience in cancer registry work
  • Familiarity with the NCI’s SEER program would be a desired
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • The ability to work closely with stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions
  • Advanced technical skills
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
