Implementation and Support Manager – Clinical Trials Matching

Location: Remote

Position Description:

The Implementation and Support Manager will be the “boots on the ground” to lead the implementation of Inspirata’s Trial Navigator application for our clients. The Manager will liaise through the senior project manager to work with the engineering team, the client’s technical support team, and other stakeholders for the setup, configuration, customization and installation of a new software application.

The Implementation Manager will ensure on-time delivery and a positive customer experience is achieved during every interaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with Inspirata engineering / project management and the customer to facilitate the implementation of product(s) and/or solutions from beginning phases through final launch/release
  • Communicate with senior project management to identify issues / risks and requirements to facilitate project timelines and deliverables.
  • Track, monitor and report weekly on implementation statuses to project management
  • Track and document issues and share them with engineering team and other internal implementation and support teams
  • May perform other duties as assigned

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant degree / experience in related field or combination of relevant education and work experience
  • At least five (5) years of experience implementing software projects in a healthcare environment
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Knowledge and experience with APLIS and EMR application desirable
  • Have hands-on integration experience with various EMR systems at the report/data and API level
  • Understanding of information governance within healthcare (HIPPA, PHI, etc.)
