Director of Marketing and Lead Generation

This position will report to the Vice President (Head) of Marketing at Inspirata. This role will work very closely with a Director of Digital Marketing, a Content Strategist, a Marketing Specialist, and a Graphics Designer. As part of the lead-generation process, this role will also be responsible for supervising a Sales Development team, which comprises 4 SDRs and 1 SDR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure alignment between Digital Marketing and the Sales Development team in the execution of evergreen or event-specific lead-generation campaigns.
  • In close collaboration with the Director of Digital Marketing and the Content Strategist, design and execute on innovative and interactive digital inbound lead-generation programs.
  • Ensure smooth and well-tracked lead progression, qualification, and handoff to Sales.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing programs and assess against goals.
  • Collaborate with the Content Strategist, Marketing Specialist and Graphics Designer on the ideation and execution of social media posts, blog posts, e-blast copy, etc.
  • Plan and execute tradeshow-related campaigns, working closely with the Marketing Specialist who manages the logistics around all tradeshows.
  • Assist the Director of Digital Marketing with the proper setup and maintenance of the CRM (HubSpot), and all other aspects of the MarTech and SalesTech stack.
  • Support the brainstorm and ideation of new and creative growth strategies – working closely with the VP of Marketing, the Director of Digital Marketing and the Content Strategist.


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, Master’s degree a plus.
  • 5+ years relevant digital marketing experience working on lead-generation programs.
  • Experience targeting healthcare personas at hospitals, health systems and/or cancer centers strongly preferred.
  • First-hand experience with HubSpot CRM, HubSpot Marketing Hub, and HubSpot Sales Hub.
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
  • Digital-first mindset a strong plus.
  • Strong project management, inter-personal, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to convey compelling calls-to-action in short form (140 characters or less).
