The Digital Scanning Technician I will provide onsite support at The James Cancer Center for validation and implementation of a telepathology system, including imaging of microscopic slides, quality assurance of images, data review of errors, as well as equipment knowledge and troubleshooting for End to End Digital pathology workflows. The Technician will represent Inspirata onsite at the client location and must be a professional who will manage expectations and over deliver for complete customer satisfaction. This will require rapid response to customer requests, and the ability to communicate with technology experts and pathology lab personnel. Must be able to gather information precisely and communicate with teams at Inspirata.
Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Flexibility is expected for occasions requiring overtime or alternate work schedules.
